The integration of TrustRadius not only allowed Talkdesk to reflect its newly launched brand but also empowered the company to leverage the Open API feature for enhanced customization. This strategic alignment enabled the incorporation of specific keywords surrounding each landing page, strategically positioning Talkdesk in the digital landscape. For instance, on the pricing page, we pulled in TrustRadius reviews featuring keywords related to comparisons with competitors, customer experience, cost savings, and maintaining a stellar rating above 4 stars.
